The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down; millions of people have been infected and many have lost their lives across the globe. With great compassion, our beloved teacher has willingly bestowed upon his students a profound Dharma transmission and teaching, equipping them with the armour of the Dharma for protection. We are deeply grateful to receive these precious teachings, and we aspire that through diligent Dharma practice, may all sentient beings soon be liberated from samsara.

We are currently confronted by great impermanence. Therefore, our teacher, H.E. Sonam Tenzin Rinpoche, has kindly urged his students, as well as the Chodrak Nunnery, to join together in prayer to bring even the slightest benefit to all sentient beings. With unwavering belief, he has compassionately and diligently performed essential prayers—such as the Wrathful Guru Rinpoche Prayer—which he believes have the power to free beings from deadly illness. He also encourages everyone to practise these prayers as much as possible.
Rinpoche hopes to see his beloved students again once the pandemic has passed. For now, he wishes that everyone maintains a positive mind, takes good care, and practises diligently.
May all sentient beings be freed from the illness!
May this pandemic be pacified!
